Please bear with me. I used to live by myself since the age of 12 and I experienced the difficult times in my life. I was always lonely, anxious, depressed and felt empty inside. I tried a lot of things to overcome these
mental stresses over a long period of time and I found meditation. Meditation and mindfulness helped to change my health and minset and enabled me to let go of anxiety, hurt and inner emptiness. I started and practiced meditation and
mindfulness since 1997. I have been working on this meditation field for past 22 years. I now run and am the founder of the South Korean government accredited meditation centre. You are all welcome to just visit my meditation centre when you come to Korea. I will welcome you with a cup of tea. “Chae Hwan Healing Meditation” is also available through the app called “Relax”. It is also available in US, UK and China. This is the first Korean guided meditation and relaxation music that has entered into these international markets exclusively. My Korean YouTube meditation channel, “Healing Meditation Chae Hwan TV” has grown to over 100,000 subscribers and a live stream every day at 12 am (GMT +9) to teach meditation and mindfulness techniques.
