  1. It is interesting to see your transformation over time. I noticed you used to do jump throughs and more intense stuff, and like me probably realized you were over-exterting. It really clicks for me when you talk about it not being about the pose, and instead pushing your own edge. Your evolution has been a testament to that so thank you!

  3. Hi Lesley, Thanks so much for these amazing videos. My partner and i have been practising with you for the past 7 months or so…so good! Can you recommend to me a yoga mat you like, I've been looking at the alignment mats, and wonder if they work with all heights? I saw you used one in your yin 50 min. My top three favourite videos are: 40 min stress and depression relief with louise hay affirmations(would love more of that); 50 min yin yoga session and the 45 minute hip opener one. Thank you so much for your amazing work & dedication – it has brought great exercise, self connection and joy into my daily life 🙂

  4. That was very amazing Lesley you and cc are awesome you both are really talented at yoga thank you for sharing ❤️🙏

  5. Finally got to do the class and once again it was amazing. Seriously, you don't know how much peace you bring to my ("unpeaceful" 😉 ) life!! Thank you Lesley you are a god sent angel!!!

  6. I'm so glad I didn't get discouraged by "total body" because this was just the right amount of movement after sitting by a desk all day. Thank you!

  7. Hi Leslie, i committed to a different style of yoga for 9 months due to injury and have only just seen the transformation in your body. Woah what happened? You look more alive than ever. I am so pleased, like Michael A to hear you talk about it not being the pose, but about pushing yourself. I struggle with mobility and have searched for a daily routine that will cover my wants and needs, maybe you were right here all along. Namaste

  8. Lesley you are putting so much efforts on your work. great class congrat. and I think you Lost Weight 😉🙌

  9. Hello Lesley! What a great way to start my day at 6:15am! My whole body feels so good! Thank you so much for this amazing yoga class! Have a wonderful day! 🙂

  10. Was exactly what I needed today. I have been struggling to make it on to my mat this month. Thank you for this great video reminding me why I love to do yoga in the morning.

  11. Getting ready to do this practice! Looks great! I love the shorter routines. You look like you've lost some weight. 🙂

  12. Loved this! I'm adding this to my morning favorites playlist! Thanks for your calming voice, even when the pose is challenging…

  13. Magic!! This is a lovely morning flow that I REALLY enjoyed! Very different from your “normal” flows without any sun salutations. Love the change up!!

  14. This was once again such a wonderful practice! I really enjoyed it and it was all I needed. Thank you! ☺️🌟 on another note, I am sooooo in love with your outfit 😍 also I was wondering if you were into doing a chakra inspired series? And a Series inspired by the elements? I’d love that but it’s just an idea 😍😊

  15. That felt sooo good! You da bomb! Ps. Your arms at the end in the outro….💪💪💪💪 looking fierce! Xx💜💜

  16. Great video, Leslie! I was feeling super unmotivated after a day of running errands and then sitting by the pool, but I knew my body needed some yoga. This video had just the right stuff to get my yoga fix without feeling overly burdened.

  17. Halfway through this class I realized that we were matching; I'm wearing a light purple top and mauve bottoms too lol!

  18. It's been a while since I've done one of your recent videos as I have been redoing my favourite old ones! It's so different now, more slow and deep poses. It's a nice switch up from the usual fast paced flows I've been doing and I think I'll try to mix up your older ones with your newer ones a bit 🙂

  19. Most of the week, I squeeze in at least 3-4 yoga sessions from you and it has been an amazing journey. I have been following you, for over a year now and it has made me feel better, changed for the better.

  20. Great easier flow practice to get restarted after a trip away. Thanks, Leslie. By the way, I love the word "moist"…its a fantastic descriptor. Peace

  21. It’s been about 5-6 weeks since I’ve been on the mat, and this was the perfect way to remind myself how much I need to be better about making time for yoga and how much better my body feels afterward. Thank you so much for these short, sweet practices!

  22. The first class in months I did with you here on YouTube 😩. I totally agrees with all the people mentioning that you look amazing 💫. Looking forward to seeing you next Saturday in AMS 🥰. Hope I can hug you quickly despite the fact that the official hugging slot is on Sunday 🤓. It's interesting to read here how much people love that pigeon pose 😉. I used to love it as well but nowadays I do it very rarely as it's very intense on the hips. Every now and then it's absolutely great but not in nearly every practice 😆.

  23. I used to do your videos based on what I wanted to workout that day but now I'm just doing the first video that comes up on my feed and I love it! ❤️❤️❤️

  24. perfect little class along with another short one of yours during my summer holidays, thank you dearest!

  25. Thank you so much for your videos! I‘m preparing for my examination this time and you send so much energy through your videos. Lovely greetings from Germany ☺️🥰

  26. Lesley – great flow. I enjoy your yoga routines – the posture choices and transitions and timing with your instruction. The only thing that stops me from watching your videos more regularly and subscribing is the way you speak when you instruct. It reminds me of asmr or something. Lots of mouth sounds and soft, breathy talking. When I’m being instructed, I don’t want to be distracted by someone speaking super quietly – I need clear direction. This isn’t me saying “I don’t like your voice, I’ll never watch your videos”, I’m just wondering if you can adjust your mic and your teaching voice to sound clearer and less breathy/mouth-moving; completely personal preference, but I hope this feedback helps. Namaste 🙏
