Home Inner thigh exercise (old version)


The best way you can work your inner thighs
is to take an empty box and place some dumbbells or weights in the box.
You don’t have to use weights. You can use any other stuff that’s heavy.
In this video, here, I’m using two 15-pound dumbbells, so I’ve got 30 pounds
in the box right now. But you can start off with whatever weight you’re
comfortable with. As you can see, all I’m doing to work on my
inner thighs is kicking the box with the side of my foot. Now there’s many
different ways you can work your inner thighs with this exercise. You can kick
the box like I’m doing here, or you can get an even better inner thigh
workout by adding more weight in the box and then dragging or sliding the box
across the floor with the side of your foot, like I’m doing now. As you can see, before I drag or slide the
box in this version of the exercise, I’m getting a real good stretch
in my inner thighs first, and then I drag or slide the box across the floor.
Now, if you’re lazy, you can sit down in a chair and do this exercise.
The best way to do this exercise sitting down is to just time yourself and
do this exercise sitting down nonstop for 90 seconds, and then resting for
two to three minutes, and then doing it again.

  2. hahaha that's exactly what I was going to say "matsumotosgirl". I love the fact that you can do it with stuff that you have at home or stuff that's inexpensive to get, and it's easy to remember, and you can do some of it while watching tv hahaha i love the cable tv one!

  5. yeah, it's a good workout. Another exercise once you get a bit stronger is stand with your feet wide apart, don't bend your knees, and slide your feet together.

  7. This is a great idea. On weekends and afternoons, I'm messing around in my workshop. Whenever I move from one area to another, I'm going to push a box along the floor.

  10. @karjs11 you can work you muscles all you want, but theyre just going to get bigger, to a degree. If you want to loose fat you need to simply loose weight. This is why body builders have such a insanely strict diet, less fat means a more toned body. I have over a 500lb squat and DL but still have giggle on my inner thighs. If you workout your legs you will notice firmer muscle under the fat but the fat is still there. 1 LB of fat is about 3500 Calories.Think about that next time you eat

  11. Say what you will, but this is working. Started out doing this for about 5 minutes and YES I felt the tension. After about 1 week increased to a 25lb weight and now 2 weeks later, I actual can see the change. Will continue to work out and post before after results soon
