All right, so today I’d like to talk to you a little bit about something that’s probably on all our mind, which is the corona virus and My thing is always to Prevent things naturally and help your body naturally as far as that’s possible and so, of course one of the things that is the most important thing when we fight a virus or bacteria or any anything really as at all is to support us in our immune system so that our Body can activate its natural healing properties and fight off anything because we’re designed for that We’re designed to Self heal were designed by our body is designed to help us out So we have an amazing immune system and to think that we do these days often compromises that so this is what I’m really really passionate about All right. So, let me share a few things with you. I listen to a very interesting talk on on Wednesday night about the corona virus. Thanks Dr. Tom for sharing your insights on this what I didn’t know is where the name actually came came from because when you cut the corona virus It is actually shaped like a crown And that’s where the name comes from not that that helps in any way it seems That it is definitely moving through the world. So it would have to be one that’s like really Really over your over your nose and over your mouth wear glasses if you can to prevent Even more and so as it comes that might come to your wherever you are. So it would be good to avoid large crowds work from home when you can and Also, maybe get your prescription drugs if you are on any drugs get your prescriptions filled in because you’d want to avoid to stand in line sick people in the pharmacy and Also, maybe stock up on some foods and home so you don’t have to go out I’ve spoken to a friend in Germany today I think apparently I had it. Lots of people are just storming the supermarkets and preparing for something Crazy, I don’t think it that’s called for I do I have some Some food there ready for you if you need it And if you can’t go out or if you don’t want to go out, so I’m also very much about Not not buying into the fear and the panic and the terror because first of all, I think it puts out Negative almost a negative energy, but if you follow like a catalyst Teachings you’ll actually kind of are aware of the concept already that whatever we think about And whatever we put out It’s kind of like this like this big clouds that we all feed into And the more we are afraid of these things the more that’s Negativity that’s just going to come back to us and and rain down back on us So I’m all about putting the positivity out there I’m a big believer in sending our to your meditation for healing meditation for peace of prayer whatever it is and that has been like proven to be a Very good thing as well. So put the positive energy out of there Yeah, so that’s one of the things okay So what I will do on a practical level and in my daily life are a few things to help your immune system Of course, I see food as medicine so Really? Looking at what’s going on in your body and foods that you’re eating so, you know if it’s not If it’s on gold night or made by the universe And comes out of a package. Don’t don’t touch it if you can avoid it at all. So stay with the natural things Whole Foods is really important and that’s Why JM isn’t it? So if you eat animal animal protein or if you don’t just make sure it comes from organic farming and And support local local people and I am into organics and or spray free or whatever it is Alright, so and then they’re there. They’re the things that are Just the things where I’m saying, yeah, this is probably what well what we all know Because you know stop smoking, but I know that’s easier said than done in Australia Actually, it’s quite good the numbers of things that I see apparently 52 percent of the Chinese male population Do smoke which that definitely puts their immune system at risk? an exposure to air pollution So we’re very lucky where we are here so try and get a filter in for your house if you’re in a very polluted area, make sure it’s a really good one and You know control the things that you can control diabetes to you can help yourself with food you can heal your body and Always have a good Medical team around you integrity of doctors are what I would recommend so they actually look at a whole Listed being of you Alright, let’s talk about a few things So being completely in fear, really puts your body into a stress response Which means your cortisol levels are high and that is not a good thing long term or any term Unless you know this able Tiger chases you you want that cortisol you want the adrenals you want to run and get out of there as quickly as you can but after that you wanna Recuperate and you want to regenerate?
