  16. Sorry this is so much later than from when you posted… but how do you stay in high lunge for so long without your front leg hurting a lot? Like from not being strong enough? I always have to pause the video and take a break lol. I absolutely love your videos and you are the only yoga instructor I watch on YouTube.
