an index finger between the eyebrows gently pressing. You
can close the eyes here if you like this acupressure point is
wonderful for helping to calm the mind it’s very good for
reducing things like headaches and migraines. It’s also
excellent to do if you suffer from line between the eyebrows
it just helps to boost the circulation to that area helps to boost the
collagen and the elastin as well so you can just gently massage
in one direction now. Breathing deeply in and out through the
nose, this just helps to balance the energy throughout the whole
face and the whole body as well it’s quite a powerful
acupressure point and then we’re just going to
circle in the other direction
